Self - reflection.....

Hi everyone...

It has been a very long time (1 month) since I feed this blog of mind with my updates... sorry for the inconsistence....

Will be posting up a post on my birthday asap once I get the pictures for Shangitha....

Just came back form Labuan... and there are tons of assignments waiting for me.... dun know what is up with me.... feel not motivated to do anything at all this semester...not only with studies but with everything else too.... Maybe the things that are going on has become a rutin to me... you know...even my friends knows my daily schedule... I need some change in my schedule....drastic change....

I have realised since young around 10 or 12 i think.....that I'm a person that gets bored easily..... I lost interest quickly...lol...maybe that is why I choose not to get commited to a relationship....

Anyway, I need some help from you all..... please pray for my scholarship result which will be out in Oct.... and hehehe...if you guys have any tips and ideas to help me continue to have passion in my daily rutin... do let me know ya...how you all spice up your rutin lives.... I'm slacking in my performance.....

Before I leave... here is a riddle... what animal is very good at martial arts?... do tell me the answer.... will revel the answer in my next post....hehhehe...

Things to hope for!

Hey folks!

Being having my holiday for the past 1 week... So sad that it will come to an end tomorrow and I will be journeying back to PJ tomorrow... facebook is also full of wishes from UM students for the holidays to continue...without doubt.. I'm one of them..lolxz....

Anyway... at least there are still activities and some events that I can look forward to till the raya break arrive...Yay!...

Will be having a 3 days 2 nights meet up with a friend of mine...Well..if she can make it...hopefully she can....will pray that she can... miss her so so so much.....

Lolxz..... will be having a little Ehmm... V - Session with J and a few *others (Private invitation) *Chuckles*..... Watched too much Gossip Girls..(Thanks to Li Chin for the series) saved me from boring to death at LCCT.....

Well...like always...hehhehe...b4 returing back to KL... mum will bring me to shop for things that I need.. and...Ermmm..do not need *evil laugh*.... like always...I managed to grab some deals....

Haiz...anyway... just finish cleaning up my room to prepare it for my 1st aunt, 3rd uncle and my little cousin Kenny that will be arriving on Monday... so sad I will not be able to join my family in welcoming them....Ah..yo!... My aunt cooks great chinese food leh.... sob..sob...

Okie got to go...morning flight tomorrow.... and my bro is watching Titus on my laptop.... and he realise little details in the movie compare to me who is studying the movie...swat man.....lol...

HOLIDAY!..Yay...

Greetings!... I'm now back at Labuan for my 1 week semester break.....hehhehe..... any way...nothing much has happen. Just touch down on Monday morning.... thanks to my laptop... I survive through the nite at LCCT watching Gossip Girl and a few movies.... was at LCCT for 12 hours... from Sunday 7.30pm till 8.30am Monday Morning....but glad to be back.... :-) !

Since dad is looking after the shop full time now... so I can chill at home...lol.....felt guilty hehhehe... Too bad Sam will be back on 23rd and I need to leave on that day.....

At last! I can online... just finished sending an important email..thank God the line is good tonight..... so tired but need to finish some stuff....no time to elaborate things that had happen these few days....

Saved by daddy!

Well, the event in this post happened last Thursday. I had my first flat tire while driving.

Was driving around 60km/h to Alex house for guitar lesson. Was a bit later so I speed up a bit to 70 or 75 km/h then suddenly I heard a weird sound coming from the back of my car..... So I slowed down a bit and tried to view the back of the car with my back mirror and side mirror... that was when I realised I had a flat tire....

I wanted to stop...but then I realised that I was passing by the chinese cemetary...... I was like what....why...so I headed further up and stop in front of a junction after the cemetaries....phew...good thing it was not that far.... and there was some houses there with one having a birthday celebration....

So I took my phone....and I started dialing my house number... but then I thought...why am I calling home..dad is not at home...just call his handphone...I said to myself...so ok...loh...called dad... he answer...listen and asked me where am I...told him....

Then I wanted to call off the guitar lesson but ran out of credit..phew...good thing I called dad first... so I waited...... a bit scared...so started praying....then....I took the guitar and had a little praise and worship session in the van while waiting.....

Daddy came and change the tire..while teaching me how to change the tire... it was so hard to see in the dark...and it was also hard to look for a position to put the jack to jack up the car.....

Soon everything was settled...and I headed back home.....

Shopping with mummy!

Do you know what is the greatest thing when you do shopping with your mum? Will...she paids for everything you buy.....hehehehhe....

Had shopping with mum today...at first we only wanted to buy some *ahemm* *ahemm* secret...hehehe.... so we went to giant...to look for things to cook for dinner first...and we ended up with much more than we expected to buy....lol...

Next we head to Kedai Jimat Murah...cause there got sell the secret that we wanna buy....but cannot find a suitable wan so we hear to Labuan Supermarket loh...there got sell.... so I brought the secret thing that I wanted to buy... as we past by the clothes section......they were offering dresses, clothes and shirts around 10% - 70%... so we look around.... and mummy bless me with a few clothes...heehehhe... so our shopping ended with me buying....

2 skirts - Rm 38.90
2 blouse - Rm 38.90
3 earrings - Rm 3.00
Others - Rm 22.90

Altogether I spent Rm 103.70...Wow! looking at the total amount now..... I think I spend a lot... Ouch! that is a lot....

Not everything can be share and understand by everyone.

Cooking Evolution!

So! while looking after my parents shop yesterday, sunddenly I was thinking about what to cook for dinner. (has been cooking dinner since I return from KL, to reduced mum stress of cooking and conducting her tuition class at the same time).Mum! Your Great!


Due to not having lunch, my tummy was yelling while I was thinking of some dishes to cooking for dinner. So after thinking for 1/2 hour on what to cook. I came up with a lazy idea which is easy and healthy...hehhehe...which is to steam a whole chicken and stuff it with lots of vegetable. So got meat got veg.....


So when mum fetch me back home, we stop by Moneygain and buy some mix vegetable (peas, corn and carrot) and some potatoes.So home we went....


There is when all things start to change. I decided to change and add another dish. Well, mashed potatoes. So, with only the knowledge that mashed potatoes are made out of potatoes, I quickly when to Youtube to look for cooking lesson about mashed potatotes. For it and I started boiling my potatoes at 6pm.


After boiling it for around 45 minutes, the potatoes were finally soft. I smashed it all, add salt, papper, butter and milk. Stir it on the wok with slow fire for around 5 minutes adding milk once a while to have a creamer texture. So there are my mashed potatoes. Then my little bro came in


Elisha: Eh! what you cooking?
Anna: Food loh! Eh! Dun disturb me... I got chicken to steam some more...
Elisha: Ok! I give you 50 seconds to go youtube to learn on how to make the gravy for the mashed potatoes.
Anna: Ah! lazy! You want you make lah.
Elisha: Bah! Later you finish steaming the chicken! I make the gravy....


So, I started to stuff the chicken with mushroom and the mix veg that are marinated with salt and pepper. The chicken was marinated with osyter sauce.

Then while I was waiting for the chicken to be cook. I went and open the wok. Well, when you steam chicken and food you will always end up with extra sauce in the plate. My bro saw it.

Elisha: Eh! pour the sauce inside the pot here.
Anna: For what?
Elisha: To make the gravy for the chicken and mashed potatoes lah.
Anna: Can or not oh?
Elisha: Can lah! Faster!
Anna: Ok..ok...

So I pour the sauce in the pot and continue to steam the chicken since it was not fully cook yet.

5 minutes later.

My bro came with the garvy. Guess what? The garvy tasted the same with KFC mashed potatoes gravey.

So that is what happen when Anna is in charge of cooking and she didn't plan what to cook.

Ps: My bro (Elisha) is really a good cook! Will miss his cooking when I'm back to KL.

Botanical Garden

Monday: My sister (Abigail) and I wnet to Labuan Botanical Garden to have a jog. Lol...we only jog half of the garden then....cannot liao....hampus......lol....so we took some picture.... the garden has change on the outside....a bit on the inside...but still like always...very quiet...at the end of our jog...there are only my sis and I and the workers that mantain the garden...scary....lol.....
